Raymond Lema A’nsi Nzinga dit Ray Lema est un musicien congolais (RDC) né le 30 mars 1946. Ray Lema est pianiste, guitariste, et compositeur.
Fils de chef de gare, il est né dans le train à Lufu-Toto dans le Bas-Congo. ). Alors qu’il se destine à être prêtre, il étudie la musique classique et commence par apprendre à 11 ans, Mozart et les chants grégoriens qu’il accompagne à l’orgue pendant les messes du petit séminaire de Kinshasa.
Par la suite, ayant décidé de poursuivre une carrière de musicien, il accompagne à la guitare les plus grands noms de la musique populaire congolaise de l’époque qui fait danser toute l’Afrique (Kazembe, Tabuley Ley Rochereau,Joseph Kabassele …).
